We really appreciated the free airport shuttle. The drivers were very kind and helpful. Hotel staff were also welcoming and friendly. Our room was big and easy to move around in. The bed was quite comfy, although we did recognize it was developing a few lumps. Pillows varied in firmness, giving us choices for our own needs. The AC worked well and managed the temperature smoothly. The wifi was fast and dependable. The area of the hotel seemed safe, although we didn't walk around.
