The breakfasts included were delicious like ordering in a restaurant. The staff cordial and helpful. The hotel near the historic center. The ambience delightful with a sense of cultural significance. We’d stay here again.

The room is really small!

Stayed here 2 nights on a road trip through Campeche. Very well located in Centro and one of the few properties with a pool (water is pretty cold due to limited sun exposure). Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Older, charming hotel but well maintained. Wifi was ok but not great. Bed very comfy and nice pillows but AC was quite noisy. We asked for extra pillows and they brought them right away at no charge (sometimes they do in Mexico) If you’re looking for a more authentic Mexican experience, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay there again when we go back
