Beautiful hotel. Excellent stay and wonderful grounds and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyable but only feedback would be that a few more options on the continental breakfast would have been nice. And coffee machine made warm coffee not hot. Overall I would definitely stay again, staff were so nice and our room was just amazing. Loved this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to stay again.

Waitress made the stay and she has been promoted to reception which is not a bad thing as the receptionist had a sour manner. Bar man had no customer service either. A wedding venue, empty and void of warmth and customer care but very pretty.

The Plumbing in our room was under standard, tap dripping and sink blocked, shower pressure very low and water temperature tepid, window sash broken, blocks of wood used to keep window open. When reported the plumbing was informed that the plumber did not work weekends
