CLEAN!!! Building is 55 and you can’t tell from a room perspective. Concierge was helpful, check in and out was easy. Rental car option right at the resort was great. Tours to Arizona , and sunset cruise were able to be picked up on site at its bus depot. Loved the view from our lanai (balcony) on the 21st floor and enjoyed the sunset almost nightly. Too many amenities to list! Our second stay at a Marriott. 1st was Gaylord Opry land Marriott resort in Nashville which was spectacular. Will definitely stay at another Marriott resort again

It was very expensive for what was provided. Having been through alot I had treated myself to an ocean view room but it wasn't like the photos provided, there was a small sight view of the ocean but looking directly at another hotel

Fantastic experience here! The ocean views from our hotel windows were stunning! The breakfast and dinner were delicious - best steak I’ve ever had! And they even cook the omelettes to order right in front of you. The concierge was very helpful in arranging the turtle snorkelling and parasailing adventures. The location is great on Waikiki Beach. The roof-top restaurant overlooking the palm trees and the beach was fabulous.

Check in and check out is very slow. The elevators are also very slow especially the ones going up to the garage. Lack of room amenities such as basic toiletries considering it is a resort. The good thing is the front of the hotel is nice and welcoming. Also great location.
