In the middle of Waikiki. That made walking for exercise much easier. Only issue was parking. No really convenient parking lot. If I hadn't lived here before, I wouldn't know where to park

Property is good for the price. Staff was knowledgeable. Just know there is no onsite parking so plan to park on the street at the meters or public parking. You can pay or park a little farther at free areas.

It took us an hour and a half to find parking… 1:40 in morning a parade many blocks away for 50$ Had to drive around and around the hotel in the morning to park to just pick up luggage. Nightmare!

Great hotel

Staff was always attentive and anxious to help. Hotel was currently under construction for upgrades but mess was kept to a minimum. Location was great. Hotel was stuck in past with furniture and bathroom fixtures being very old but the room was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Only disappointment was parking. No parking at all. Had to pay for valet parking about for blocks away. For the week with tips it cost me about $1500 for rental car and parking fees.

I must say this is the first time I ever left a 1 star review for a hotel, given that I’ve travel quite a bit. The place is super tiny, old, dirty, lots of mold around the windows and sinks. The water faucet was leaking and both of the bedsheets had stains on them. The AC made some really loud noise when turned on. We couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise and it was too hot to turn it off. I paid $175 a night and I think this is not even worth $25/night. Seems like the whole building is about to fall off. Never had such a horrible hotel before and I usually don’t expect much from a hotel except a clean and safe place to stay.

This is a dated building. But very clean in all aspects. Staff is fantastic and friendly. I will return to stay. Fantastic location to bus line, beach, food and shopping.
