This is actually a really great hotel and location. I rated it poorly because there was over USD470 in room service charges at the end of the stay. It is not very clear when booking be aware of this.

Staff is great Mykala and Lagaia were terrific. Han Bin has kept our room clean and been so gracious for a few years now.

Alway a great time at the outrigger, ac leaked in the closet and it took some doing for the management to take accountability, really disappointing as we have stayed there many times, as we checked out it turns out it’s a common problem as the AC unit sits inside the closet. No notes were made so they tried to charge for the dried cleaning bill, but the lovely lady that checked us out quickly corrected the mistake. Staff all around are truly amazing, the only hiccup came from management.
