Parking is $60 a night and they don’t tell you. The Asian woman with glasses at the front desk is very rude when I asked what the tax abbreviations meant since I’m not from here. Hotel is dated, found a black bug on our pillow after they changed the sheets. Location is good

Front desk was very helpful and kind and upgraded us to ocean view for my husband’s birthday! Direct access to beach and all shops / food was very walkable from hotel. Every night was a party which I did not mind! Stop by the pearl factory the owner is very kind and genuinely loves her job and has beautiful pearl jewelry for sale!

Beach access was wonderful and within walking distance of everything. Staff was exceptional and clean place ! Computer system upgrades was not good.

the room was right next to the rooftop of a very large building with six giant fans blowing the entire time. we got a sliver of a ocean view and did not open our Lanai door because of the noise from the fans. from the minute we walked in there was a musty odor from the air conditioner which the air conditioner broke twice and had to have maintenance called to fix it. the room first day was only the bed was made and the maids left towels all over the floor the last night we were there they did not come at all and I had to call that evening just to get extra towels. not very happy with our room at all

I am sad to say that it was not good. We did not sleep at all. Too noisy! Too much street noise until 2am every night and lots of noise from Cheesecake Factory. Garage trucks early in the morning every morning. It was only quiet and peaceful from 2am-5am.

Great hotel with probably the best location on the strip. Great views from the room, clean, friendly staff could t wish for a better hotel. Will definitely be coming back
