I chose this hotel for its convenient location, and Expedia VIP status. The VIP never happened, no perks were offered, my check in was very stressful, room on the lowest floor. Will not be returning again.

we were upgraded to a kitchen suite for free due to our initial room being fully booked. we had a great experience overall, however, there were times when the AC would work well or would just completely shut off during times it was incredibly hot. other than that, the location was amazing and everything was walking distance from the hotel. would definitely stay again.

Expedia VIP status not recognized here. Usually I am offered a room upgrade or discount on in-house dining. None of it this time, check in was mediocre. Afternoon front desk woman clerk was so rude I was about to write a complaint to the head office. Will not be returning again.

The room was spacious and the view was nice from the balcony. The furniture etc. is not new but it is not something that I really care about. The room was clean and housekeepers were great. Staff was helpful. The area was nice and close to food trucks. The only major issue is that there is construction next to hotel. Noise did not bother us when we close the window. Overall, I would stay again as the price quality was amazing.

The hotel is in a great location in Waikiki and is convenient for families. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff were not welcoming—no greetings or smiles upon arrival—and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I asked for help with the broken laundry quarter machine, the response was indifferent and unhelpful. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was quite loud and not very effective. While the location is a strong point, the overall experience was let down by poor service and maintenance issues.
