Has bed bugs and roaches , the only one I like was the housekeeper on day 3, they did not clean and change towels after day 1 , they move us to another room after day 5 when we complain that room has roaches and bed bugs and could not wait or can’t wait to stay for another day , manager did not do anything after we complain after day 2. When they move us to another room, toilet seat cover is broken , no drawers and one drawer in between the beds is broken , we complain about that and management did not do anything ,need to report to state about the bed bugs , supervisor Clifton did not talk to us when I told the receptionist that I needed to talk to him on day 8, the room we transferred has no towel rack near shower and no shower hook near shower , curtains dirty and on the first room they gave us , I have to fix the curtain hooks and fix the curtain , I requested on day 2 for pots and pans and we did not get it until day 4 .. in our day 8 stay , housekeeper was great and I saw her carrying a microwave and I did not realized we can request for a microwave , there is so much more I need to complain , I just can’t remember them all , receptionist were not very friendly , not helpful , I missed one snack pack because I left early on day 4 and I asked if I can get it twice the next day and receptionist said no ..

Very easy, fast check in. Daily free local paper with a cute morning snack bag of food and 2 cans of juice. Price is reasonable but room updates hopefully is in the future. Conveniently located to beach and direct city bus line out front.

This property was great in terms of accommodation and convenience.. they provided daily snack packs which my family a d i greatly appreciated and enjoyed. However, we had issues with mold and roaches. The roaches i understand due to it being rainy and humid around the time we stayed. My family and i have an allergy to black mold, and my child how was staying in the room is on the Autism Spectrum.

Had a terrible ordeal thru out the day and needed somewhere to just rest a bit and re group. Emotions are high and just exhausted. Well, i just booked online really late in the evening. The receptionist was rude by making comments like...oh only now you book your reservation. First off you dont know me, my current situation or anything. NO ALOHA!!! WELL I DIDNT EVEN STAY. WANTED A REFUND WHICH I BELIEVE I SHOULD GET IT BACK. I DIDNT EVEN SPEND 10MIN IN THE LOBBY. NEED SOME ASSISTANCE WITH MY REFUND

This was probably the worst hotel. I’ve stayed in as an adult anywhere in the world. I was truly embarrassed to have my family sleep in this room. It was disgustingly dirty. There was no blankets on the beds. We found cockroaches everywhere. There was cobwebs in all the corners mold in the bathroom. It was truly repulsive and embarrassing to spend over $350 for one night. Save yourself from a disgusting time there’s a $28 amenities fee. $45 parking fee truly the most disappointing place I’ve ever stayed. Glenn Rea

What I liked about the property is the workers are friendly and helpful. It is close to shopping areas and restaurants. The only bad thing is finding parking and driving through Waikiki town.
