Came for my baby sister’s birthday and the Customer service was TOP TIER!! From the receptionist to the waiter all the way to the room service staff! It was our first time in Hawaii (Honolulu to be exact) and it was the best experience.

Need coffee. That which was provided was unsatisfactory. I used the valet for one night, and they charged me for the whole week. I didn’t even have a car. $51 a night.

Strongly consider another hotel

Deceptive pricing. Was not informed that parking was equal to the resort fees prior to booking. The resort fees and the parking was $500 on top of the hotel room for a 5 night stay. Hello Beds were not made. It took 3 attempts to get the sofa bed bedding. The ac barely worked. Customer service was rude as well. The only plus was the location.

Hotel location is ok but walking distance to Waikiki beach and Fort De Russy beach. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t like the fact that amenities included with the resort fee had to come from an another hotel that was a 25 minute walk from the Ambassador.

The property was close and convenient without being in a loud part of the city. The room and common areas were clean. The only complaint would be that there was either renovations or really loud guest above us moving furniture around early. I really think it was other guest.
