Checking in experience was great (dhenesse)was amazing .the room was horrible dusty and smelly ..we had an old two mattresses litteraly in front of our door no idea what those mattresses for .no water bottles while we got informed that we do …the coffee machine was broken we asked to come and fix it.no tissue it was empty,they changed it the second day of our stay .the best thing at this resort is the location..location is amazing close to everything .

We had a one week family holiday, this hotel was in a really good position, close walk to everything, the pool and outdoor area was the best everyday/night, the hotel itself was okey does have a funny smell and needs some attention like carpets and furnishings, workers are friendly in general front desk not so much we had to wait till 3pm to check in, its busy.

We had an amazing experience staying here for our trip in Hawaii! We hope to visit again! The pool bar in the 5th floor is very aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful! The views were amazing from my ocean front balcony!
