Excellent place to stay! Love it🎊

We’ve stayed here a few times and keep coming back - it’s the view, the location and layout of the suite. First of all, we had a “partial harbor view” and it was a full view from the living room/balcony of the bridge facing up the harbor (not the inner harbor). Location is easy to walk to downtown restaurants, inner harbor, across the bridge to a nice walking path. We buy a few groceries so we can have breakfast on the balcony and happy hour before dinner and it makes a really nice home base. Staff is super!

The room was pretty and clean, the air conditioner sounded like the backend of a jet taking off, and we really needed the air-conditioning!

Fairmont Empress is a truly beautiful hotel with an extraordinary lounge and superb gardens. The location is excellent, and the entire property exudes an elegant, aristocratic vibe. We had a sensational stay and will gladly return!

It is a nice hotel but their new section is really not well built! We could hear everything in the other rooms, from phone alarm clocks to everything people were saying so not the place if you want to sleep! Also for $520 a night we had a view of the parking lot! I understand prices go up in the summer but that is excessive for this type of a hotel!

The staff were great and helpful. The room was good and clean but be hotel could use some love. The restaurant staff were only ok.
