We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. Some places don't just take your breath away — they give it back to you, slower, deeper, better. 🌊 Blue Deep Resort in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte is one of those places. The water here is so impossibly clear that you can look straight down from the surface and watch the coral gardens below — no mask, no fins, just pure liquid glass between you and another world. This little gem tucked into Cantutang is the kind of find you want to keep secret but can't stop talking about. Lush, peaceful, unpretentious — and sitting right on the edge of Sogod Bay, one of the most biodiverse marine areas in the Philippines. Some destinations you visit. The room didn’t have towels when we got there and we couldn’t control the A/C, the water was not hot and the bathroom needed the grout and caulking cleaned or repaired. All not terrible, but for the price we paid, it just brought the rating down for me. Would stay there again, but only if the price is right. Location is amazing. The Filipino folk music at the restaurant for dinner was a little too loud for me and lacked variety.

The only complain I would have was for the mattress, too soft for me. Otherwise, everyone was super nice, easy access to mall and to airport. Also recommend the skye bar, it was really enjoyable in the evening

The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

Amazing pool grotto and staff were very friendly with prompt service.

Very easy check in and out, staff were helpful and we enjoyed our room, well worth the money but the 4pm check in is a bit late, should be able to check in at 2 and check out at 10
