Friendly enough staff. Well situated, but not clean enough and the lack of air con was a killer. Perfectly positioned, but could do with some love and deep cleans between guests.

Overall wonderful experience! Lovely place within easy walking distance to the beach. Staff were exceptional. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

Perfect for a restful stay. We will come again.
