Amazing, loved my stay...what a great location!

Friendly staff, clean room, easy check in and out. We especially liked the gates entrance for parking.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the room. The staff was very nice and friendly, but there were several issues with our room. There were not enough easily accessible outlets for charging phones. While looking for outlets around the bed, we noticed how dusty and dirty it was behind and around the bed. The showerhead also had green buildup on it. There was no soap in the shower dispenser, and the conditioner dispenser was either empty or the pump was broken. The room also really needs a nightlight or some type of low-level lighting. It was completely pitch dark at night. After getting up to use the bathroom, I couldn’t see where the bed was when I returned and actually fell while trying to get back onto it. This felt like a safety issue that could easily be prevented with a small nightlight. Our room also had not been made up by 4:00 p.m., which was inconvenient. The staff was very pleasant, but unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, lack of basic amenities, poor lighting, and housekeeping, this was not the comfortable stay we expected.

We traveled in for an EMU volleyball game and stayed one night. Hotel was nice and room was very clean! We would definitely stay again when we're in town.

Large loft style rooms with kitchenette which is nice. The location is right in the downtown area with easy access to walk to restaurants, bars, etc... There is a bit of noise in the evening with cars going by and vagrants. Upon check in with their keyless entry an email was sent to my cell phone. Went up and down the elevator 3 times to try to access the room with the cell phone tap entry method. After 3 unsuccessful tries a front desk staff finally gave me a keypad code to enter the room. This was a bit of an inconvenience with the back and forth & waiting especially with a cart of bags and a wife and kid. The hotel needs to get the room key system dialed in or go back to keypad codes or physical room keys. It's one of the worst door key issues I've ever had. Having said that the doormen were very kind with greeting and opening up the door and keeping the rift raft from the sidewalk away from guests and from going into the property. We were in town for a Tigers game and the parking lot is right across the street which you have to pay for but they give you in and out driving/parking privileges. If it's a solo trip or with just some friends it'd be okay for doing Detroit.

We had dinner and breakfast, the staff is friendly and the food is phenomenal!
