Booked the highland hotel but it was the Brentwood I had the room in,I don’t think there is a highland hotel now. Room was okay to just sleep in, more like a hostel

I had a very enjoyable break at Ardoe House, where all the staff were friendly and helpful. I wanted to relax while I was there, so I booked a massage and a facial; both were great. They used Inshga products, and my skin felt hydrated, leaving me very relaxed. The pool is big enough to enjoy a long swim. I would recommend a break away here.

The property was incredibly spacious, it felt a little dated at first but the bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated to an excellent standard. The kitchen/lounge area was very well maintained and equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the pool area, had an excellent steak in the brasserie and breakfast in the lounge before we left.

This is NOT a good stay! And the service even worse. Clearly at one point this was a vibrant bustling hub, when we stayey it was an absolute Ghost town. I was emailed to check in online, a bumpy process to say the leaset. After wasting 20 minutes on it I was told just to check in at the hotel. I saw 2 staff members for the duration of the stay, one told me to pay fo parking, the other told me it was free. I didnt take the chance and paid the overpriced parking, despite the underground parking looking like a scene from COD. The corridore on the way to the room had torn wall canvasses. The room itself had dirty carpets, cracked tiles in the bathroom, sticky handprints on the remote and the tv, brackets hanging where soap dispensers used to live once upon a time, one bed with a broken leg and another with missing slats and 2 sweets belonging to the previous occupent on the floor. I didnt use the restaurant so cant comment. I did offer the hotel the opportunity to address my issues, they responded with This ticket has been closed. Take from that what you will but after 3 weeks and 2 reminders I havent heard a peep. Aberdeen has far better to offer than this place!

Damaged windows and dated furniture. I would avoid.

The property was clean and modern. The bar area lovely and the breakfast was included in the price which was very reasonable. We did have a problem with hot water and the electricity went out in our room. The staff was very responsive but could have comped us for our troubles. Cold showers, etc. All that said, it was very convenient and worth the stay.

i found the room clean and staff helpful. It is centrally located, near bus and train station and there is a Sainsburys on the corner, close by.

Great locator for the airport.
