Brkfast was basic. Pool was good. Hospitality was poor to ok. Dated exterior and interior could use sprucing up

Lots of space in the suite for the kids to be kids. They loved the pool. The spa was boarded up w no posted warning... Property was clean enough to not be worried. Rooms were clean, comfortable enough. But could use an update. Less expensive than staying up in Grafton in a smaller room. Would stay again.

Great experience

Great and friendly staff, clean and visually appealing, very comfortable beds, great bar, my friend and I had a great time there.

This was our second stay here, and unfortunately many of the same issues remained. The check-in process was still frustrating—I never received the access code and had to call to get it. I was told that because I booked through a third-party site, they didn't receive my information to send the code. Regardless of how the reservation is made, guests should receive the information they need before arrival. The concept of this place is great, but the execution is very poor. The room showed a lack of upkeep, with walls covered in marks, empty hooks above the bed where a picture had apparently been removed, and a bathroom with no functioning exhaust fan. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since this was our second visit and we had hoped things would be improved.
