It was perfect for what we needed. LARGE room. Comfortable beds, clean property.

Hotel is new and gorgeous. The room was great , very clean , the beds were comfortable and the couch was perfect for another bed . The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing view and you could use it late into the evening. The only downside was that the pool bar and some amenities weren’t available during the week and then one day they had no food or bar service at all :( overall a great stay

I stayed the weekend for a business trip so I didn’t use any amenities or get breakfast . Staff was friendly room was nice and modern . If you don’t want valet there was free street parking around the hotel if you can find a vacant space . Great stay

Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less nice and does not have a water park. Horrible business practice. I showed up to the hotel regardless and they advised they overbooked the hotel all the while letting other guest check in beside me. I was just “selected” to have my booking cancelled.
