Huge room, friendly staff, very clean.

For the first time we were asked if we wanted to see the room before we finish the booking I marked on the booking that I wanted to pay at the property, but hold it with my credit card that did not happen. I had already charged my credit card. Iguesshotel.com went through Expedia anyway the hotel was not family friendly people were living there right next-door smoking all kinds of rubbish on the floor the rooms were a mess. Bathrooms were very, very tacky and unclean. We did not stay. We had to get another hotel.

Not a good breakfast, biscuits and what was left of the pastries were hard only one egg but more was brought out when we were finished and no microwave. Staff was nice, room was clean but very small.

We had a room on the top third floor that had been recently renovated. It was very nice. Our granddaughter had left her stuff bunny in the bed. House keeping found it and took it to the front desk. They called us and kindly will be sending back to her. So that made our trip even better. We had all enjoyed the Dismal Canyon the evening we stayed there. It was great to have a clean room after the night tour. The staff there was the best!

Clean, could be freshened up esthetically. Air conditioner worked but not great. Good for the price
