It could be so much better if it just did the little things better. As far as the resort itself, the building and grounds are gorgeous. But design choices make it feel like a 4 star. The room itself is spacious and nice, but old and outdated fixtures and finishing, and a thermostat from the 80s make it feel much cheaper. Also, most guests will also suffer from a shower that leaks into the rest of the washroom, and in particular, the toilet - leaving a sizeable puddle. There’s no turndown service and the room cleaning leaves something to be desired. The gym facility is pretty good but the little things like no water on multiple occasions made it again feel like a 4 star resort. The breakfast buffet is decent but the offerings virtually stay the same (for the 4 mornings we were there). The staff are lovely and do their best to be super helpful and really go out of their way, but with all bodrum - their English is very limited. This place can easily be a 5/5 star place with just a little investment in the little things.

Nice sea good food and drink

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. When the sea is calm, it’s absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience for our family. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially recommend People’s Restaurant. The food and service were exceptional, and we actually enjoyed it more than the à la carte restaurants. It’s definitely worth trying. We also appreciated having the Yargıcı boutique and the wellness/medical center on the property, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. There was one small issue regarding a reserved table, but the team handled it professionally. They apologized sincerely and resolved the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the bathroom amenities. Upgrading the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to higher-quality products would better reflect the luxury experience of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation.
