Friendly staff, very clean and very quiet. In a very nice area on the outskirts of the city but only a 15 min tram ride from the centre

The lobby is beautiful and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean.

Had a pleasant stay! Clean room and excellent location in the Jordaan area and 3 minutes from Anne Frank House. A small bed and room however has all the essentials (fridge, hair dryer, soap, tv). Breakfast was also included and was good. Beware there are steep stairs with no elevator but the staff were very kind in helping carry my luggage!

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel in a fabulous location. On top of this the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.

Love CitizenM and especially this location. Fun staff, good bar and easy access to food when you want it, day or night. Comfy bed and good quiet nights’ sleep.

Clean room (&bathroom)and convenient location. Good breakfast. Staff were courteous/polite.(We only stayed one night, but would stay again.)

The hotel was ok -the shows nearby were ok

I liked the art deco design throughout the hotel. The studio room had a very large shower area so the floor doesn’t get wet in the rest of the bathroom. There was kitchenette area plus and iron and ironing board.
