There is a very rude lady working the front desk that should be fired ! There was almost nobody staying there and this rotten miserable woman refused our reservation due to showing up a day late when we called and told them that we were going to be late! I will tell everyone that I know not to stay at a quality inn ever again due to the way that they are allowed to treat customers !

Checked in and frint desk was not friendly and was rude, charged me 100 for deposit and 103 for a service fee got the 100 back but never refunded me my 103 for service not sure whats that for i paid for hotel through hotels.com. so currently disputing charge.

After booking this reservation, I discovered that I had picked the wrong city. I called the hotel 5 minutes after booking and asked to cancel after explaining the situation, but they refused. After talking to Hotels.com I was advised to contact the hotel again. The front desk clerk hung up on me. Terrible customer service and no compassion at all.
