Pros: Room, Commons áreas, all very clean and well maintained. Excellent location- close to everything in downtown. Staff friendly enough and accommodating. Cons: Water pressure in shower is abysmal. Must pay for parking in city garage, upside is it’s only 7 dollars for 24 hours if you’re a guest.

Really great location and staff was kind. However, the breakfast did not any bread/waffle/bagel nor cereal options for gluten free. The staff said the oatmeal was gluten free but it isn't because I checked the brand.

From the onset, our stay was amazing. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff so very, very nice and attentive. Our room was super comfortable and very clean. The morning breakfast was terrific! And, all this in walking distance from beautiful downtown Greenville. Definitely will stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Nearly all of downtown was within walking distance. Our room far exceeded our expectations and our stay in Greenville was the highlight of a multi-leg vacation.

From checking in with Joby she was able to tell me where to eat, where to go where breakfast was without hesitation. I had a few quick conversations with Henry and even called and told him I would be checking in late due to traffic he assured me it was nothing to worry about he would note it in the system. Felicia was such a sweet spirit, I left my hat behind and she called me back and said not to worry I will get it back. Dana in the breakfast area was a sweetheart the 2 days I spoke to them. My experience with the entire staff was 100% everyone served with excellence I will be back
