Everything went well,no problem

The hotel is exquisite, the room perfect. Both reception employees that I've dealt with were very nice and helpful ( I may visit @ Christmas time another time as he advised Milwaukee is beautifully decorated that time of year ) The only observations I'd have are about the rooftop bar ( some small bites could be added to the menu ) and ref the Cafe where breakfast is served ( to pay more attention to cleaning . My table was sticky ! I had to move to another)

Our room was nice (2 queen beds). Only thing was that there were what appeared to be a small blood stain on my friends sheets. Also, we paid the extra $$ for breakfast that was NONEXISTENT. Suppose to be cereal, pancake and waffle maker, fruits, yogurt and pastries, coffee & juices. Nothing was available! All that was there were these little tiny donut balls and some coffee. Very very disappointing! Tried to get a refund on that but the person working the front desk had no idea how to do that and no manager was available supposedly.

The hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had the friendliest staff ever. Michael was especially nice and talked to us for a while. We would definitely stay here again.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

It's convenient to be near the airport since we had to pick up a guest

The hotel was fantastic! From the champagne upon check-in and records to take to your room, to the live music every night this play was great. The onsite art displays were wonderful and all the staff onsite was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.
