Our room was clean, Limited selection for breakfast. Quiet, plenty of parking.

My husband and I stayed for one night. Room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed and pillows were amazing! Staff helpful. We did not utilize the amenities so I can not comment on them. Ate dinner at Frank O' Dowd's, the food was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Our room was filthy- weird stains on the walls and the furniture. I tried to work with the front desk on staff upon arrival and the only thing he could say is that I would have to wait until after 7 am to get this resolved. At 7 am, the new person at the desk informed me that the property manager is the only person that could help us but the property manager is only available Tuesday through Friday at 11. We ended up checking out early because the staff was unhelpful, the hotel was sold out and our room was not getting cleaned. I attempted call the property manager multiple times and request a call back. It has been 1 week since we checked out and he has still not returned my call. I would like a refund and customer service says I need to work with the absent property manager. This place was a dump. 0/10 - will never stay at a mainstay again.

Property was close to town but away from the business. Hotel was quiet and nicely kept and the deck area was beautiful. Only complaint was that the hottub was over chlorinated and caused my swimsuit to bleed color..

great stay, fantastic views. was only taken back a bit if you book through a third party like expedia you have to pay an additional $20 for breakfast. $35 for a couple. wasn't expecting that, but overall great stay!

There was leftover food in the fridge. Hair in the bathroom. Had trouble controlling the temperature. The wall unit was dirty inside. Email stated 4 Waterpark passes were included but said that we only got 2 because only 2 were staying in the room so I paid for an outside guest but then showed the email and was able to get a refund. If I would have said 4 people were staying I would’ve got 4 bands for the same price as 2 people staying. Makes no sense. The breakfast was ok. Water wasn’t hot enough to cook oatmeal.
