This is our favorite place to stay anywhere. We enjoyed our days here very much. Thank you

The big problem is that though both the hotel and room provided a clean quiet place to sleep , we only got two clean towels for a three-day stay and neither the room nor the lobby provided any materials to inform the traveler about the many places to see things to do and places to dine. except foe a one page two column list of the restaurants that had paid mangement to to disclose their name address specialty and phone number. Ate a very ordinary cobb salad with very ordinary blue cheese dressing in their restaurant once. The waitress,however was personable and helpful. But the management's operataion makes the customer feel that they don't reall exist except to enrich the company Not again, thank you

Very convenient location and beautiful lobby. Staff were very accommodating when I arrived late at night with a moving truck.

So it's a virtual thing. So there is no front desk. Trying to check in was horrible. Thank God for the housekeeper. The rooms we had did smell like a dog kennel. It was a gross smell. The rooms could use some furniture. There is a bed, two chairs and a mirror. That's it. No screen on the window. Oh and a record player that hangs on the wall. I will not be staying there again. But like I said the housekeeper was an amazing lady. Thank you for your help.

This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning). The location is perfect right next to downtown and near all recreational activities. However, the experience is nothing without helpful staff. Which brings us to Zane. What an amazing person! A credit to the organisation. Zane is kind, charming, helpful, no, not just helpful but goes out of the way to make guests feel valued and appreciated. He truly is the best advertisement and ambassador for the Lodge.

The hotel is moist. You can feel the moisture in the sheets. They try to keep it clean but you just know there is mold growing. It needs to be torn down.

Hot tub did not work was dirty. Pool was dirty.
