Our room had a broken toilet seat, the toilet kept clogging and leaking…when we told the proprietor, he said “oh, my maintenance man will be here later”

This was such a Gem, loved everything about it. It was quite the beds where so comfortable the only thing was... I wasn't sore is the bottle of wine in our room was for us or you had to pay for it. The guy we had when we checked in was a little blah. But the guy at checkout was so friendly. This place is a definite yes

I rarely complain, but this time I think it’s important. The refreshed rooms are nicely done. The bed was very comfortable. Slept like a rock up - until the hotel got their propane tank exchange delivery at 5:00am. Seriously! 5;00am! They were moving what sounded like 40 to 50 tanks around (clang, bang, clang) into the lockers out back behind the building. The utter lack of awareness was beyond unbelievable! Once we did fall back to sleep, the valet, for whatever reason, decided to start and idle a truck outside. Why? After 5 minutes I had to open the window and yelled “seriously?” He turned it off only to start it up again 15 minutes later. Again, the lack of awareness was astounding! They also kept blipping car alarms (chirp chirp) in order to start the cars to go park. Part of the issue was, unfortunately, they left the 70’s vintage single pane windows in during their renovation so you hear everything outside. Paper thin walls. Advice: avoid room 3205 or building 3 entirely for that matter. Also, avoid rooms up front by the street. The view won’t be worth the noise level. That frontage road can drag strip used by idiots late at night. Read LOUD with single pane windows making it worse. Too expensive for such avoidable nuisances. If you stay here, check where the room is first.

Amazing location and great spot. 4 people sleeping comfortably with a king bed and a sofa bed. Recommended hands down.
