Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location right on the beach. The staff were all extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was a good size with a nice layout, and the partial ocean view was exactly as advertised. We did find a half-empty water bottle left on a shelf, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The A/C worked but took several hours to cool the room adequately. The bathroom was nice, but the shower has only a partial glass enclosure, so water easily gets onto the floor. My biggest complaint was the mandatory valet parking, which wasn’t disclosed when I made the non-refundable reservation. I don’t allow strangers to drive my vehicle or take my keys, but the valet attendant was very understanding and helped me find an alternative. There is very little public street parking available. Overall, it’s a decent hotel in an excellent location, but for the price, we just didn’t feel it was worth it. We probably won’t stay here again. We didn’t use the amenities, so I can’t comment on those.

Place was quiet and clean. Once I figured out the Landing app it was easy to use. Parking was available day and at night. The gym was great. There were a few things that needed repair but overall a great stay.

Between the staff, the rooms and the amenities we always look here first for availability when in the area!

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were incredible! There was so much to do within the community that we hardly needed to leave. Everything was well maintained, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated all the thoughtful touches inside the apartment, like the snacks, cups, and the washer and dryer, which made our stay so convenient. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay!
