What I liked was freindliness and helpfulness of staff. What I thought could be improved provided that funding is available : buy new sets of sheets and blankets and carpets.

Room was not prepared. No towels. Overall service is not great. Staff not responsive

Nice friendly hotel. Slightly limited breakfast. Same each day. Generally very good.

Hotel is small and a little ran down. The air vents does not work at bathroom, The window i my firs room did not shut firmly and street noise was high due to this. The wall papers are perling off in some locations. There is smell of waste water in the stair.

Very well maintained, very helpful and attentive staff, easy and free valet parking, excellent breakfast, and a nice patisserie and a pub on the premises.
