Property was very clean. Dog friendly! Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious

Check-in in person was miserable. She was unhappy and tired. We reserved two rooms a month ahead and requested a hall-end room because of our two sensitive dogs. They gave us a room 4 rooms down from the hall, which was an end-of-hall room. Our dog kept barking all night because all the doors were closed loudly. The other room was not cleaned at all. The bed sheets were not clean, and the floor was horrible. We could not sleep at all. We have never had a hotel experience like this before. I personally don't like to write negative reviews, but I need to help other guests avoid staying.
