Very comfortable, clean hotel room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loved the coffee and it was available 24/7. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful old world hotel in the center of downtown. Beautifully decorated, many nice touches in the room, plush towels, comfy bed, restaurant downstairs. It may be disappointing to look out the window at the wall of the building next door but the quality of the room makes up for it. And expect $30/day valet parking. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend staying at My Place Hotel in Meridian, Idaho. In March, I booked two rooms for July 6–7 and another two rooms for July 11–12 through Expedia. My first stay went exactly as planned, which made what happened next even more disappointing. At 1:12 p.m. on July 11—only about two hours before check-in—I received a call from Rochelle at the hotel informing me that my reservation had been canceled because Expedia had overbooked the hotel. This explanation made little sense given that my reservation had been confirmed and on the books for four months. I was traveling from the West Coast with my family and suddenly had to scramble to find two hotel rooms at the last minute. The hotel offered no meaningful assistance, no alternative accommodations, and no solution beyond telling me my reservation had been canceled. Whether the issue was with Expedia or the hotel's inventory management, that should not have become the customer's problem—especially after holding a confirmed reservation for months. Waiting until just hours before arrival to cancel is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service that my family and I experienced was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would never book at this hotel again.
