Super comfy beds, staff very friendly beautiful property and very clean

I do not normally post reviews but felt it deemed some feedback .The property interior was not visually clean with broken side entry door, stains on the elevator and hallway carpets . In the room there were stained ceiling tiles and bathroom ceilng was falling down . Noise level containment between floors was poor .Reception was closed overnight so there was no option for complaints to be addressed. Our stay was 5 nights and housekeeping did not enter our room once during the timeline. Overall a very poor experience.

The historic and artistic flare blew me away. All the staff I met were service with a smile, knowledge of Hobart

Stayed 4 nights, great location with secured onsite parking for our car. Lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby, only a few minutes away.

Single worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 1 staff on bar most of the time. 50 plus people there for an event. Impossible to deal with any of the staff. Overcharged for everything, now can’t get hold of any staff over the phone to get money back. Would never stay again, would never even enter the establishment again. Worst. Ever.
