We really liked staying at Glasgow Millennium Hotel. It was clean. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was centrally located. We did the Hop On, Hop Off bus tour and it was located out the front entrance and a block to the left! Perfect!

Warm welcome but not a warm breakfast!

Check in with Mark was excellent and he readily agreed to storing my medicines which needed to be kept cool. Room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Other staff I interacted with were also warm and friendly. Sadly, my breakfast experience let the hotel down. The hot breakfast - self-service - was way overcooked. I couldn’t finish it. Fruit, cereals etc were fine. Fruit juice needed replenishing but there seemed to be only one staff member available at any time in the dining room. I had to wait for about five minutes for her to appear as I couldn’t find hot water for tea. The cold meats and cheese selection looked good. If I return to the Millennium because the room is comfortable and the Reception staff are excellent etc I will not be taking the breakfast option. A pity that this spoils what was an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The bedroom's decor was dated as were the electrics. No convenient light switches or power points and no USB facility. I've no doubt this was a beautiful high end room in the 1970's.

This hotel was good for a short break. It is nice and central. I have no complaints whatsoever about the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Good clean room, fresh towels and toiletries.
