After reading a few negative reviews, my niece and I have no complaints. A warm welcome with tissues at hand for our rainsoaked brows. We werd upgraded to superior rooms, that were excellent. (Her room was huge compared to.mine). Great food in the restaurant, my fish was a meal on its' own. All in all a great stay thank you

the female receptionist asked me a number of questions then stored my luggage and asked me exactly the same questions! The restaurant manager was very kind when we were too late for breakfast and sorted out some pastries for us. Our room furniture was tired and the windows were filthy. Our room cleaner just flung our pajamas and didn't food them or place them nicely on the bed. She did the same with a towel too.

All the staff were friendly & very helpful. I can't say enough great things about them! Good location. The room was a little warm & we could not change the temperature, but they did provide a fan. The mirrors are in odd places. I never liked the Best Western in America, but I would stay in one in Scotland again!

We appreciated the free drinks in lieu of housekeeping. The bar service was great. We were unhappy that we weren’t told on check-in that breakfast must be rebooked. When we explained this we still had to pay £16 instead of £12. We ate elsewhere on principle.
