Management clueless

Staff couldn’t do enough to help, the management must be zippy and bungle from rainbow. Clueless with customer service, asked for a deposit, never been asked before, no evening meal, asked for ID, felt for staff as I have never done this before. The management couldn’t spell customer service, won’t be back

Overall good!

It was a lovely room although they are a little cold at night. Could do with more of a food choice instead of having to eat out evey night maybe being allowed to take takeaways in to the room without being scrutinised for it. Think that rule is a little OTT

It was an okay stay for my parents. The reservation was under my name so it was hard for them to check in, especially with the language barrier but fortunately, it got sorted after a few hours. Staff was overall nice so it was okay, maybe also a bit my fault for not being present during the check in anyway. Room was spacious and confortable but bathroom was tiny, also heating was maybe not working properly, in comparison with other accommodations we also took in Scotland, in this one we really noticed glasgow's cold during the night. Breakfast is okay :) location on the other hand is amazing, you are really inbetween west end and city centre so you can get to both easily walking or by bus and there are lots of things around too, finnieston is really a great area also quite close to uni.

Not brilliant but good enough tbf

Ground floor room was ok but needs the sound proofing improved as busy road outside kept us awake. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, sausage and bacon were tepid at best and the scrambled egg was cold and runny (no way regular temp checks were conducted). At least 20 guests in breakfast were all saying same in passing.

Poor guest relations. The hotel fire alarm went off at least 7 times between 1am and 6am on the Saturday night, set off in the basement area and not by customers of the hotel. When I complained that I had not slept it was not taken seriously. Another customer stood behind me in the line at reception also had the same problem and like me his complaint was not taken seriously either.
