Upon arrival the front desk personnel was uninviting and gave little to no clear instructions on parking. Had we known we had to self park around the corner and there was no concierge; we probably would have stayed elsewhere.

Late on room service. Forgot items requested, making room service even later. Tv was not plugged in correctly and wasted my time. If i pay this much for a room for 2 nights I really expect these simple things to work the first time and me not have to waste my time trying to figure out why the tv isnt working. Idk i think some of the staff is a little confused or lazy im not sure. Beautiful hotel and beautiful room with a great view. Also the wings from room service could be SOO muchh better. Thanks for taking all my money tho!

The hotel is beautiful. It has an amazing breakfast buffet, an amazing terrace with great drinks. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This hotel is a 10/10 for sure!

My stay at the St. Clair Hotel was overall a good experience. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel was in a convenient location. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The room did not include bottled water, and it wasn’t clear whether water was available for purchase or if guests needed to request it. It would be helpful if the hotel clarified this for future guests. Also, I also ask about a crib for my 4-month-old baby, and I was told that cribs were not available. Since we were traveling with both a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old, this made sleeping arrangements difficult. My husband and I had to sleep separately, each with one child, which wasn’t the safest or most comfortable situation. Offering cribs, or at least making their availability clearer before booking, would be a great improvement for families traveling with infants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room

Everything was great.

This was a family trip, so maybe not the right location. There was a LOT of construction in the area. There was no parking for hotel guests, unless you paid over $80 a day for valet only. The space was very modern, but dark. The beds were low to the ground and uncomfortable. Clean, but minimal accommodations. Staff was minimally helpful with questions we had. We won’t be staying here again.
