Everyone was so nice and helpful EXCEPT our server at the restaurant!!!! The absolute worst service I’ve EVER had!!!!!! We waited an hour our food!! Server was so rude!

The Roost was a wonderful place to stay for a fun weekend in downtown Cleveland. The garage was easy to use with the QR code on my phone. The staff person at the desk in the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful. The building was very clean. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ww will definitely return when we are visiting Cleveland.

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

The reason for the rating is the long wait upon check in, and the smell of the hotel upon check in was terrible, like a party house. We didnt get any bedding for the pull out sofa so had to request that. When opening the bathroom door while the sofa bed was out you couldnt fit to get in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend. Also very noisy all night, someone kept running up and down The hall and talking loudly ans slamming doors.
