We had a wonderful stay in the Smoky Mountains! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after long days of hiking and exploring the national park. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer weather. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient and easy to access, making it simple to come and go as we explored the area. One of the things we loved most was the property's location. It was close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer while still providing beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. Waking up surrounded by the Smokies was an experience we'll never forget. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to update some of the furnishings, as parts of the property show their age. However, everything was clean and functional, and it did not take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient home base while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets.

This was a great place, up in the mountains, within the Smokey National Park. The last turn in and up to the property was sharp and somewhat tricky to see from the one direction, so just know that. I for one wanted to see bears and the fam and I saw 3 - it was great! Our room(s) were much larger than expected and my son really enjoyed the jet bath!

Hotel is in a great location, just off the strip.

The room was fine. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the entry was dirty. The hallway leading to our room smelled of vomit. The room was clean. Breakfast was stocked and had several items that were easy to take on the go. Parking was easy. Over all the stay was fine. The carpets and lobby just need a deep clean.

Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location everything was within walking distance.

I realize bell hops are a thing of the past but when two women 65 and 88 are struggling to get bags from a car, and two able bodied young men wearing hilton ids are watching them struggle and choose to be on their phones, and do not offer to help but keep their noses in their phones, it is just rude and lacking kindness. Not a great first impression. The desk staff are all awesome. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile, fun and engaging, each one! Valet guys appear lazy, uninterested, unhelpful and preoccupied.

The entire facility was great, clean and very welcoming. The beds were not as comfortable as we expected. Staff was great especially with the kids activities.
