Overall, it was three stars out of five. The room could've been cleaner; I tend to be very picky in this area. I could've pressed the issue, but our time spent in the room was very limited. The property is dated, could use some updating, but feasible. The staff were very courteous and there were no issues at all. The location is great because once parked, you can walk the entire downtown area without having to get out in traffic. If you're looking for a place just to lay your head and the rest of the time is spent on the move, not a bad place to stay.

Great distance to various things. Staff were kind and helpful. Place was perfect for our group of 5 (3 adults 2 kids) they had a pool table and ping pong table the kids enjoyed using. Will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I came we enjoyed the atmosphere. The bar was nice. The room was clean.

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Love this hotel… pools open late for kids, very affordable, and still close yo all activities without being in the center of it all.

The staff was really professional and friendly. I loved having a balcony, which was my reason for selecting this hotel. I think there were a lot of vacancies, so I didn't have balcony neighbors (balconies for 2 adjacent rooms are attached). The room was clean and though the light switches were not intuitive, there were usb plugs available (USB-A, for sure. I can't remember if there were USB-C or not) The hotel is conveniently located to the main area of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was good. Lots of options like small plain omelets, muffins, French toast sticks, waffles, cereal, coffee, cocoa, juice, etc. I was only passing through town for one night, but I wish I could have been here longer. I will definitely look into this one if I'm in the area again.
