Parking was super essy. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Is conveniently located on the seawall so the beach is across the street and close to shopping, Pleasure Pier and many restaurants. Theres also a bus/trolley route near by on the corner that will take you downtown.

Since this new hotel had not been completely finished out, there were facilities that were not yet available such as the pool and exercise room. Prior to making our reservation we were not made aware of this. Otherwise I would have given a 5-star rating across the board.

Clerk was very good. She answered all my questions in the most professional way and the next day the breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly. Property is perfect for cruises. Just turn left out of parking and drive straight to cruise ship.

The hotel is amazingly clean. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They were patient with me as I had left the keys in the room and needed new ones. We had a breakfast of waffles and sausage. There were no eggs, which I thought was weird, but for the price point of this hotel, I was very satisfied.

It was amazing. I love to stay nice and clean. I love the balcony. You can see the beach that staff was wonderful. They was very welcoming. They greet you when you’re leaving and coming only thing is the breakfast. I was told that they working on breakfast a little more but it’s actually really good ain’t very much. You can make y’all waffles and sausage and they have toast and coffee with donuts and fruit, I was told that they just opened four weeks ago so they working on getting other things but overall it’s amazing day and I will definitely come back.

Nice, new, clean and bright. Nice room, staff was nice. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed it! The parking lot was my only dislike, and nothing they can do about that. It is a small lot. Handicapped parking is at the far end of the building, away from the door. Very inconvenient.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. No eggs. But there were two muffins, not two varieties but two muffins, when serving began. Discounting the non-functional juice machine to the fact the place is very new. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The entire space is kept very clean.
