We were not greeted by the front desk when we came into the lobby. He was on the computer and looked up like we were disturbing him. My husband presented his license and then provided the paper portion when asked. When he found out the reservation was under my name he asked for my ID although my husbands last name and address were the same. My husband had to get mine from my backpack because my hands were full with things not easy to put down and pick up again. He then told me there was no reason for me to be upset because he was doing what he had to do. I explained I was not upset that I understood. We were not confrontational at all so I was surprised he said that. I was upset over the fact that he was a very rude person and not reflective of what we normally encounter. We will never use this location again for our stays when we come to Galveston.

We had a terrible stay. The room was very warm and humid, smelled like mold, and there was a constant loud noise running behind the shower. The AC kept changing by itself to 74 and we got very warm. Further, the shower was not clean, the TV didn’t work for anything live, and most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. Extremely disappointing stay for the cost of this room.
