Amazing staff and very pet friendly. Great size room and with full size refrigerator and dishwasher and kitchenette. Very spacious room with a roll out table for meals and extra space. Great location also on the Seawall in the middle of everything, restaurants in both directions within walking distance.

Better stay with holiday inn.

Told me room would be ready early but it wasn’t .. tried to check in at 4 pm room still not ready .. but watched agent check person behind me in .. whatever. Finally room ready about 445 .. girls at desk kind of clueless .. coffee was ugh sludgie and not hot at all ick .. and no hot tea water at all .. had to leave early 430 am agent was asleep in chair with blanket haha .. oh well better stick with holiday inn.

This hotel is incredible. The service from staffs are fantastic, staff are friendly and well trained. The hotel was overall clean and comfortable, equipped with big rooms to stay in. I stayed in the hotel with my family of six before our cruise, it’s very convenient. The cruise port was near by and many restaurants are around to check out. This hotel is a definitely worth the stay!
