This hotel was a gem ! It had an intimate feel to it .My room was much larger than I expected for the price, and the bed and pillows let me sleep like a baby ! The bathroom had a beautiful huge soaking tub and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stay here ..Located close to everything but on a quiet street .

This a such a great hotel!! Very clean, the decor is lovely, and the staff is super helpful and sweet. It‘s also very walkable to all the major attractions. …It was also next to a beautiful park which I always looked forward to walking around. I would definitely stay here again if (hopefully when) I travel back to Krakow.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have been better. So helpful and lots of ideas for our stay. Excellent location - in the quiet part of Old town.
