We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our second time staying at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, and once again, it did not disappoint! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and friendly. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The rooms are absolutely spectacular, with so many wonderful amenities that make your stay feel extra special. The food is delicious, and there are always fun activities and entertainment happening throughout the resort, so there is never a dull moment! We absolutely love coming here and creating beautiful memories together. 🥰 It’s become a place we genuinely look forward to returning to, and we already know we’ll be back again! Thank you, Majestic Mirage, for another amazing stay! 🌴☀️❤️
