This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Very friendly and the evening show was beautiful.

5-star resort? More like a 2-star resort. The rooms are in a surprisingly bad state for a new resort. We received dirty, ripped towels multiple times - same for the pillows and linens. My son, mother, and myself got food poisoning eating here - and they wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars to treat us! Talk about no accountability. P.S. The guest services managers, were no help even after multiple conversations.
