DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Neither Expedia or hotel will help with bed bugs infestation.
No staff available to speak with about bed bugs. No response from hotel via phone calls and messaging. I am covered in multiple bite locations and found bed bugs on my daughter at the new hotel we stayed at
Room in total dis-repair, homeless person sleeping in front foyer at 2:00 am didn’t stay for the free breakfast it use the shower
Woke up at 1am covered in bed bugs Both beds were infested. Neither hotel or Expedia will not return hotel rates even though we couldn’t stay 1 night in hotel

Beautiful property in a wonderful location right on the River Ness walk. Walking distance to so much. Beautiful room and hotel. Excellent staff.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Location was extremely convenient, though the trip uphill from the station was a bit hard. It was too close for a taxi though.

The bunk room was fun for the family. The bathrooms were divided for convenience and spotless. The entire facility was well- planned out and attractive.

Messaging from Hotels.com was inconsistent. In some cases I could not open the message. The 2 step process for getting 2 codes was cumbersome.
The hot water was only tepid at best.
It was nice to be so close to a cafe both for dinner and breakfast.
Parking was fine.
