Check-in was smooth, but my room (411) had cleanliness issues — stains on the sheets, partially dirty make up stained pillowcases, and sand/dirt on the floor. I have photos to show it. Other family members also had problems, including broken items and a missing ceiling tile. Trash was overflowing in the hallway around 4 p.m. Breakfast was hectic with only one working waffle maker, but the essentials were there and it was complimentary. The hotel was mostly quiet, and the location near the beach and restaurants was great. At check-out, I was told to email photos so the manager could follow up, but I haven’t heard anything since. The stay was okay overall, but the hotel needs to improve cleanliness and communication

Everything was great! The only thing I did not like is that the cleaning personnel did not clean our room during our stay even after multiple requests. Otherwise, it was a nice Hotel to stay in.

Ok hotel

Hotel was clean and pool was clean but the service was terrible. They never had towels available and housekeeping never came to clean the room. They said housekeeping was every other day but even at that they never came.

Not the best La Quinta I’ve stayed at.

Breakfast had a long line mainly because the waffle makers were not working properly or took too long to make one waffle. There was not many options (only egg and sausage). Usually there’s potatoes and fruit as well. The room had an faint odor (like used, not clean).

The check in process was quick and easy. As soon as we got into our room, we had issues. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and main room. There was something on the floor that was never cleaned up. There were hairs on the sheets on the bed we hadn't even slept in. We ended up speaking with the front desk and he just moved us to a different room.

Beds very comfortable. Walk able distance to beach, although we did drive. Nice pool. Breakfast could be better . Same eggs and sausage every day. There is only one waffle maker, so you stand in line forever.

Front desk does not answer calls from room, housekeeping does not give out towels you have to ask front desk. The room was not a suite as described. Housekeeping staff did not understand English very well. I had to ask for an iron multiple times for two days because there was not one in the room. The housekeeping staff did not know what an iron was.
