We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

The sofa sleeper was horrible. I had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to find a comfortable spot to sleep

Beautiful summer stay with the views and walks. Communication is smooth and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the underground garage is a nice amenity. The room was overall clean and ‘checks the boxes’ but it feels a bit tired. My recommendations would be to replace the worn towels, replace the shower curtain (which was a liner) because the bottom is looking stained, and please clean the overhead fan with its thick layer of visible dust. It would be nice if the main tv can be mounted so it can pivot for easier viewing. The tv in the bedroom turned on but was not connected to view any channels. The lamp switch in the bedroom is broken. These updates, along with updated artwork to make it feel more warm and welcoming, would make the unit more desirable for us to return.

Overall, the room was clean and the views are quite nice. The property is definitely showing its age though. We stayed in a loft suite and even with the AC on full, the upper king-size bed area never cooled down so we elected to sleep on the main floor queen bed. I was a bit surprised that for the size of the resort the swimming pool was pretty small and got quite crowded with little seating options for some. One big bonus is the underground parking - that was very much appreciated! We still had a reasonable stay, but when you compare it to other places we stayed during our vacation trip, it only gets an OK rating.
