The room had a metal piece sticking out of the bed that we kept tripping on and bumping into and got scratched up from. Breakfast was not free but I thought it was when I reserved. One day the maids claimed that we refused our room cleaning and we were not even there. There was one guy at the desk I give Kudos too as he tried to solve all of our problems the best he could.

The only professional and welcoming person was the gentleman that checked us in beside that staff was rude and unwelcoming, breakfast bacon was not cooked fully
