A great stay for the family. Everything was as it should have been, clean and great customer service. My only ding is the $15 per night parking fee. That felt like a money grab.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. Some of the furniture was beginning to show minor wear and tear. Fort Lee is easy accessible to Manhattan and the surrounding areas. The rooms more spacious than in the city, with parking at the hotel.

Decent stay, but could use better signage The hotel itself is just average, though the room was quite spacious, which was a plus. One issue we ran into was the entrance—if you miss it while driving, you’ll need to go about a mile before you can turn around. A clearer entrance sign would definitely improve the experience for arriving guests.

From first glance the hotel looks clean and modern. Very nice and the staff were all friendly. Our room is what was deceiving. It looks just like the pictures and states it is smoke free. There was a strong smell of cigarettes. The bathroom floors felt sticky. There was some trash left in the barrels which wasn't a big deal but added to everything else. The carpet had a matted feel to it so we pretty much never took our shoes off. Then as we were leaving, there was a funky smell of old trash that wafted in from the hallway.
