Overall, my stay was good, but the experience with Expedia’s booking process was quite disappointing. I had reserved two rooms a few weeks in advance; however, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that only one room was confirmed. They mentioned that payment for the second room had not been received from Expedia, even though I had already paid in full through the platform. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I had to wait for over an hour before the issue was resolved and I could finally check in to the second room.
