Friendly check-in, attentive staff, nice up-to-date rooms

Breakfast was good. Room, bathroom modern looking, adequate, clean. Free flipflops. Beach bag, beach towels and robe provided. Balcony with two lounge chairs and a small table. Shower cabin spacious. Nice pool area. Overall, one of the nicest hotels in Riccione.

Good stay -facilities good

The hotal is well located, 15 min walk to Piazza Maggiore. The staff speak multiple languages to help. Super clean rooms and hotel. Well decirated and represents a 'royal' atmosphere.

Excellent amenities. Super clean Modern Trendy and the food at the cafe was the best. Prime location. excellent views from the balcony. There was a lot of miscommunication. We did let the front office now of some extensions in our reservation and they dismiss us saying they knew about it and that we didn't have to do anything. However 3 days later they called me in the middle of my heavy workload to tell me I had to move from rooms, Well that is exactly what i was trying to avoid. With that said, like most of Italy the customer service is curt and lacking hospitality. Overall it was a good stay

Cool artsy hotel. The decor is great. Enjoyed breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and have nice advice about Bologna. You cannot get better with the location. It is close to everything.

Nice hotel on the main strip with the beach very close. It’s a very clean hotel, the rooms are spacious and have good views and helpful staff. Local bars restaurants are all good and local to the padel courts. Only let downs are really the breakfast offer could be better and the pool isn’t that big it’s more of a plunge pool.
