Lovely location with great views.

Our check in was horrible. We booked a suite as we were staying for 4 nights and when we got to the room after a long drive the room was dirty, had garbage on the floor, hair in the tub and the sink did not work. We did get a replacement suite. When we pulled out the sofa bed for our daughter that night it was full of chips and food. At that point we were too tired to get another suite so we got more sheets for her bed. The rest of the stay was uneventful. While I understand The Sandman is a value hotel it shouldn't be that unclean and it has nothing to with the renovations happening. The workers who were doing the renovations blocked off an accessible parking spot which we need for our daughter so that was very disappointing too as there were limited accessible spots. I was unable to book the suite type we wanted as an RSVP member, the RSVP website said they were unavailable. I had to book using a third party which indicated the suite was available. I had hoped to still get RSVP points for my 4 night stay but the front desk staff said I couldn't as I used a third party. WHAT is the point of having RSVP rewards when I cannot even book the room I want using RSVP but I can get the room via Expedia?? Then to not be able to get points, the RSVP program is literally pointless. Extremely disappointed in the Sandman Kelowna and the Sandman's membership RSVP program in general.

This is a hidden gem, we loved our stay. We stayed in the upper cabins by the road and still loved it. The owners were so friendly and the beach was well maintained. We will 100% be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. Chris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and responsive to our requests. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the generous, delicious breakfast served promptly each morning in the breezeway. It was a great way to start each day. The suite itself is a bit older and on the smaller side, so it’s best suited for two adults. It includes a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a compact bathroom, which may feel a little tight for larger groups. Although there are four guest suites on the property, it still felt surprisingly private and peaceful. We would happily recommend this B&B, especially for couples or families with a young child who will enjoy the outdoor pool. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and we would gladly return.

We booked 3 rooms. Lock was not working in one of the rooms. We had to put our luggage infront of the door. Iron was missing in a room. Overall the experience was terrible. We won’t recommend this place.
